Dialtone

Dialtone is a Y Combinator-backed startup (Summer 2023 batch) building AI agents for enterprises. The platform enables businesses to connect agentic workflows to all existing software and data through 100+ first-party data, action, and event connectors for the tools and services enterprises already use. Dialtone also supports easily configurable custom connectors for proprietary enterprise systems, with enterprise-grade security and dedicated infrastructure. The company focuses on enabling AI-powered phone and communication agents that integrate deeply with existing enterprise software stacks, removing the friction of adopting AI into established business workflows. Founded in 2023 in San Francisco by Akash Kashyap, a veteran of AWS and Google who previously launched Aurora (the fastest-growing AWS service in history) and Google Stadia.
