Founded in 2023 by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, the company operates through a global network of top-1% domain experts — primarily based in India — who produce high-quality SFT, RLHF, and RL training data across modalities including coding, agentic tasks, STEM, and multimodal datasets. Deccan AI also offers STARK RL environments with trace-level verification and the Helix enterprise evaluation suite, which combines automated and human-in-the-loop evals to detect agent performance drift in production. The company raised a $25 million Series A led by A91 Partners in 2026.
