The company significantly expanded its scale in June 2021 through a $7 billion merger with Ciox Health, a provider of medical record access and release-of-information services serving more than 18,000 provider sites. Its platform powers clinical trials, real-world evidence research, risk adjustment, and healthcare analytics for pharmaceutical companies, health plans, and academic medical centers.
