DataLabs, Inc. is a Tokyo-based IT company applying 3D data to transform the construction industry. Built on its automatic 3D modeling technology, which converts point-cloud scans and 2D drawings into BIM/CIM models, the company offers a family of cloud systems for construction and infrastructure work. Framy generates BIM/CIM models from point clouds and drawings in minutes and supports contract documentation, quantity take-off and estimation. Modely is a 3D rebar inspection system that captures point clouds using LiDAR-equipped iPads and automatically produces inspection reports. Its 3D InfraLoop suite combines Markly for infrastructure inspection and survey documentation with Hatsuly for repair-work dimensional inspection on bridges. DataLabs is also the authorized Japanese distributor of the OmniSLAM mobile 3D scanner, and several of its products carry NETIS registration numbers.
