D2X Group N.V. is the first regulated crypto derivatives exchange operational seven days a week, incorporated in 2020 and headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The company operates as a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) licensed and regulated by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and supervised by the DNB, making it the first pan-European digital derivatives exchange specifically designed for institutional investors. D2X offers cash-settled futures and options on digital assets including Bitcoin and Ethereum, targeting liquidity providers, funds, banks, broker-dealers, and corporates. The platform differentiates itself through institutional-grade risk management, centralized order books with market-maker programs, and technology built in Rust for low-latency trading infrastructure. D2X raised a seed round in 2021 and a Series A in 2022, with investors including Tioga Capital Partners, Kima Ventures, Flow Traders, Picus Capital, and Point72 Ventures. The company was co-founded by Theodore Rozencwajg, Don Van Der Krogt, and Laetitia Grimaud, all veterans of traditional derivatives markets.
