Curocell

Curocell is a clinical-stage biotechnology company headquartered in Daejeon, South Korea, pioneering the development of next-generation CAR-T cell therapies for hematologic malignancies. Founded in 2017, Curocell is Korea's first company to obtain regulatory approval to conduct CAR-T clinical trials, and received MFDS approval for its lead product anbal-cel (Rimqarto) in 2026, making it the first domestically developed CAR-T therapy in South Korea. The company uses genetically engineered immune cells to develop innovative anti-cancer immunotherapy treatments and manufactures its advanced biologics in a state-of-the-art GMP facility.
