CSC Generation is an AI-native holding company that acquires iconic consumer brands — primarily in home, outdoor, and retail sectors — and transforms them using Genesis, its proprietary agent-orchestrated operating system. Founded in 2016 by serial entrepreneur Justin Yoshimura, the company targets retail brands in transition with at least $30M in revenue and established brand recognition. Once acquired, Genesis coordinates acquisition data, workflow telemetry, and AI operators into a unified retail execution layer, lifting EBITDA by approximately 800 basis points in the first 12 months post-acquisition. The platform is built around two proprietary systems: a Data Management Platform (DMP) that ingests and normalizes data across all brands without replatforming, and a Data Intelligence Platform (DIP) that auto-engineers features, tests models, and generates decision-ready insights for operators and AI agents. CSC Generation currently powers 13 brands doing over $1 billion in combined revenue, with shared services centralized across the portfolio to codify best practices.
