CPRWrap

CPRWrap is a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based medical device startup producing a disposable CPR body overlay template that guides lay responders through effective CPR during sudden cardiac arrest. Invented by Felicia Jackson — a lifelong Chattanooga resident and the first Black woman to patent a CPR product — CPRWrap features an attached one-way valve mouth barrier for rescue breathing, visual hand placement guides for proper chest compressions, and is AED-compatible. The product is portable, disposable, sanitary, and designed to be stored alongside AED devices in first aid kits. Over 80,000 CPRWrap kits have been sold, and the company won the 2025 Black Ambition Prize.
