Corintis is a Switzerland-based semiconductor cooling startup that designs, builds, tests, and mass-produces microfluidic liquid cooling solutions for high-power AI and data center chips. Its patented in-chip and co-packaged cooling technology embeds microscopically small cooling channels directly into silicon, enabling up to 10x better thermal performance than conventional data center cooling.
