Convogo

Convogo was an AI-powered platform that automated the time-consuming work of analyzing interviews, surveys, and psychometric assessments (such as Hogan) for executive coaches, consultants, executive search firms, and talent leaders, producing unified 360-degree feedback reports, candidate evaluations, and leadership assessments. Founded in San Francisco in 2023 and backed by South Park Commons, the startup was co-founded by Matt Cooper, Evan Cater, and Mike Gillett and served thousands of coaches partnered with major leadership development firms. In January 2026, OpenAI acqui-hired the three co-founders to work on its AI cloud efforts; per TechCrunch, OpenAI did not acquire Convogo's IP or technology, and Convogo's product was wound down.
