ContextLogic Inc. (formerly operating as Wish) was a San Francisco-based e-commerce marketplace company founded in 2010 by Piotr Szulczewski and Danny Zhang. At its peak, Wish was one of the world's largest mobile commerce platforms, connecting hundreds of millions of shoppers with merchants globally. In early 2024, ContextLogic sold substantially all of Wish's operating assets — including the brand, platform, and merchant relationships — to Singapore-based Qoo10 for approximately $161 million in cash.
