Concur Technologies (now SAP Concur) is a leading provider of cloud-based travel and expense management software for businesses of all sizes. Founded in 1993 in Bellevue, Washington by Mike Hilton and the Singh brothers (Rajeev and Steve), Concur built one of the most widely adopted corporate travel and expense platforms globally, serving more than 23,000 business customers with 4,200 employees at the time of its acquisition. The platform automates expense reporting, travel booking, invoice management, and compliance workflows, integrating with major ERP and HR systems. SAP SE acquired Concur in December 2014 for approximately $8.3 billion — one of the largest SaaS acquisitions at the time — and the product continues to operate as SAP Concur with a revenue run rate of $700 million at acquisition.
