CleanPeak Energy is an Australian-owned specialist renewable energy company that develops, builds, owns, and operates distributed renewable generation, energy storage, and district energy systems for large commercial and industrial businesses. Founded in 2017 by Philip Graham and Jonathan Hare, CleanPeak delivers integrated solar, battery, and thermal energy assets under flexible Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), allowing customers to avoid upfront capital costs while accelerating their transition to Net-Zero. The company also provides whole-of-meter renewable retail offerings and microgrid solutions, and recently expanded its portfolio through the acquisition of Sustainable Energy Infrastructure (SEI) in 2026.
