CityFibre is an independent British telecommunications network provider, building and operating a wholesale full fibre (FTTP) infrastructure platform across the United Kingdom. As the UK's third-largest network provider and largest independent altnet, CityFibre provides gigabit-capable broadband to over 3.5 million premises across more than 75 metropolitan areas, partnering with over 35 ISPs including Vodafone, Sky, TalkTalk, Zen Internet, and toob. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in London, the company operates a wholesale-only model enabling ISPs to deliver ultrafast broadband to homes, businesses, and the public sector. CityFibre's network, which supports speeds up to 10 Gbit/s via XGS-PON technology, is co-owned by Antin Infrastructure Partners, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Mubadala Investment Company, and Interogo Holding.
