Circles.Life is a Singapore-based digital telecommunications company operating as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) leasing network infrastructure from M1 to deliver voice, data, and digital lifestyle services. Founded in 2016, it pioneered the 'digital telco' model in Asia Pacific — offering fully app-managed mobile plans with no contracts, flexible data add-ons, and a strong focus on customer experience and innovation. Its proprietary cloud-native technology platform, Circles-X, powers network coverage crowdsourcing and rapid feature deployment, and has been licensed to telco operators in Taiwan, Australia, and Japan (via a KDDI partnership for povo2.0). Circles.Life was the first digital telco in Singapore to launch 5G services in 2021 and has captured over 7% of the Singapore mobile market.
