Chemomab

Chemomab Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing therapeutics for fibro-inflammatory diseases with high unmet need, such as primary sclerosing cholangitis and liver, skin, and lung fibrosis. The company discovered that the soluble protein CCL24 drives the fibro-inflammatory cycle underlying these conditions, and its lead candidate, nebokitug (CM-101), is designed to bind to and neutralize CCL24. Nebokitug has generated positive results across five clinical trials, including 15-week and 48-week data from the Phase 2 SPRING trial in primary sclerosing cholangitis patients.
