ChatGenie is a Philippine social commerce and conversational commerce platform founded in 2018, enabling businesses to set up end-to-end online stores within messaging apps including Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Viber, GCash, and PayMaya. The platform handles product discovery, cart management, payment processing, and order fulfillment entirely within the messaging experience, eliminating the need for a standalone e-commerce website. ChatGenie participated in the Techstars 2023 cohort and serves thousands of Philippine SMEs looking to sell through super apps and chat interfaces.
