The platform provides feed management, marketplace optimization, digital marketing, and analytics tools that allow retailers to manage product listings, inventory, and advertising from a single interface. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, ChannelAdvisor served thousands of customers transacting billions in gross merchandise value annually. In November 2022, CommerceHub acquired ChannelAdvisor, and in December 2023 the combined company rebranded as Rithum.
