Chaart

Chaart (차트) is a Seoul-based collector-to-collector art resale marketplace where verified art collectors buy and sell original paintings, prints, art toys, sculptures, photography, and drawings. The platform uses real transaction data to bring price transparency to Korea's secondary art market, helping collectors discover authentic listings, negotiate prices, and track artwork value over time with a 1:1 dedicated transaction manager. Chaart was founded in May 2023 by CEO Jeong Seung-yeon, a Hongik University fine arts graduate, and is backed by pre-seed funding from 500 Global. The platform targets Korea's young, affluent collector base and has already facilitated trading of roughly 3,800 artworks among 5,000 collectors.
