Cartlow

Cartlow is the MENA region's leading re-commerce platform, founded in 2019 in Dubai to address the twin challenges of e-waste and the demand for affordable consumer technology. The platform enables consumers and businesses to buy and sell pre-owned, refurbished, open-box, and clearance products — spanning mobiles, tablets, laptops, TVs, and home appliances — with rigorous quality checks, up to 12 months warranty, and easy returns. Cartlow launched as a B2C marketplace and subsequently expanded into B2B services, granting retailers, brands, and resellers access to wholesale volumes of returned and overstock inventory, effectively turning reverse logistics into a revenue channel. The company operated across the UAE and Saudi Arabia and positioned itself as a pioneer of the circular economy in the region, helping divert electronics from landfill and extending product lifecycles. In March 2025, Cartlow was acquired by Basatne International Group to accelerate expansion of circular device management across the Middle East and global markets.
