Caring (케어링) is South Korea's largest direct-managed home care and elder care services company, headquartered in Seoul (Seocho-gu). Founded in July 2019, Caring operates a comprehensive long-term care platform offering visiting care (방문요양), family caregiving (가족요양), adult day care centers (주간보호센터), home bathing, home nursing, and urban nursing homes (도심형 요양원). The company differentiates itself by operating all centers directly (100% 본사직영) rather than through franchises, ensuring standardized care quality nationwide. Caring has won the Minister of Health and Welfare Award (보건복지부 장관상) for service excellence. The platform connects elderly clients and their families with certified care workers (요양보호사) and provides free consultation services across care planning, long-term care grade applications, and center selection. Caring employs 154–500 people and serves thousands of consultations across its service lines monthly.
