Caocao (曹操出行, formerly Caocao Zhuanche) is China's second-largest ride-hailing platform, founded in 2015 by automobile giant Geely. The company operates a fleet of purpose-built electric vehicles and is expanding into robotaxi autonomous driving, targeting 100,000 autonomous vehicles by 2030. Caocao filed for a Hong Kong IPO in 2025 at a $2.9 billion valuation.
