Betterview was a property intelligence and risk management platform for P&C insurance companies, using AI and computer vision applied to high-resolution aerial imagery to assess property risk. It helped insurers accelerate underwriting, quoting, renewals, and claims decisions through automated property insights and workflow tools. Founded in 2014 by David Lyman and David Tobias, Betterview was acquired by Nearmap (a Thoma Bravo portfolio company) in December 2023.
