BeNewtral Srl Societa Benefit is a Milan-based construction materials startup, formerly known as ReHouseIT, that develops advanced mineral binders designed to replace cement without the clinker. Its REBIND product family (REBIND Xs for small repairs, REBIND X for lean mixes and cement-bound mixtures, and REBIND Sm for high-performance applications) is formulated from more than 80% industrial by-products, cutting CO2 by roughly 56% and extracted raw materials by around 87% versus conventional solutions while claiming comparable mechanical performance. The products are CAM-compliant and ReMade certified against Italian and European sustainability regulations. In February 2026 the company closed a EUR 7 million pre-Series A led by CDP Venture Capital's Infratech segment of its Corporate Partners I fund, with NovaCapital, Eureka! Venture SGR and Tech4Planet participating, and acquired a plant in Pavia targeting 25,000 tonnes of annual output.
