Together they offer scalable support for specialty advanced therapeutic developers from research to commercialization, with United States and European locations. Ascend supports gene therapies, immunotherapies, oncolytics, and vaccines at any scale. The company became a CDMO after struggling to find partners for its own programs, and emphasizes chemistry, manufacturing, and controls expertise. Its capabilities include decades of custom biologics and vaccines support, more than 20 years of AAV development experience, next-generation analytics, regulatory acumen, and onsite fill-finish in multiple U.S. locations.
