Artium Academy is an Indian music education technology platform founded in 2021 by Ashish Joshi and Vivek Raicha, headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The platform offers live one-on-one online music classes across Hindustani Classical, Carnatic Classical, Bollywood singing, Western vocals, piano, guitar, and more, delivered by certified teachers and mentored by celebrated Indian musicians including Sonu Nigam, KS Chithra, Aruna Sairam, Shubha Mudgal, and others. Artium has built a community of 43,000+ learners and a faculty of 400+ teachers. The company launched India's first Ofqual-accredited music certification program (GRMP — Globally Recognised Music Programme), aligning Indian music education with international standards. Artium also operates two offline learning centres in Chennai and has built an AI-powered Practice Studio offering personalized feedback. The company has raised a Series A round and reported approximately $16.9M ARR as of 2023.
