Apli was a Mexico City-based AI-powered recruitment automation platform founded in 2016 that specialized in frontline and high-volume hiring for large enterprises. The platform automated up to 90% of the hiring process through conversational AI delivered via text, WhatsApp, and web chat — enabling candidate sourcing, screening, assessments, and onboarding at scale for multinational clients including Walmart, Bimbo, BBVA, Coca-Cola, and Cinepolis. Recognized as one of Fast Company's Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Latin America, Apli was acquired by iCIMS in September 2025 to form the basis of iCIMS' new Frontline AI solution.
