Apis Partners (operating as the Apis Group) is a private equity firm founded in 2014 and headquartered in London, with offices also in Dubai and Singapore. The firm invests in profitable, proven, tech-enabled financial infrastructure and services businesses across Europe, Africa, Asia, and other growth markets. Apis focuses on three core verticals: payments, insurance, and lending — businesses that are core to their customers' lives and embedded within regulatory and operational frameworks. The firm's investment strategy targets companies that are well-positioned as attractive acquisition targets for a global universe of strategic acquirers. As of 2025, Apis manages approximately US$2.3 billion in assets under management and recently completed the final close of Apis Growth Fund III at $1.23 billion. Across Funds I and II, the firm has realized over $1.1 billion across 14 exit events.
