Anki was a San Francisco-based consumer robotics and AI company founded in 2010 by Carnegie Mellon roboticists. It built Cozmo, a personality-driven toy robot, and Vector, an AI home robot with cloud intelligence. Anki sold over 1.5 million robots before shutting down in April 2019 after failing to secure additional funding. Assets were later acquired by Digital Dream Labs.
