Anaveon AG is a Basel, Switzerland-based late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation precision biologics to reprogram the immune system for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. The company's lead program, ANV200, is a precision-engineered antibody designed for deep depletion of PD-1-expressing pathogenic T cells that drive persistent inflammation in autoimmune diseases. A prior oncology program, ANV419 (an IL-2/anti-IL-2 antibody complex), advanced through Phase 1/2 clinical trials in solid tumors and was backed by Pfizer Ventures and Novartis in a $119M financing round in 2021.
