Amino was a mobile social platform built around interest-based micro-communities, enabling fans to connect, chat, post, and collaborate within dedicated spaces for anime, gaming, K-pop, and thousands of other topics. Originally developed by Narvii Inc. and launched in 2012, the app grew to host over 2.5 million user-created communities. Amino was acquired by MediaLab AI in January 2021. The platform ceased all operations in December 2025.
