Allgas is a Queensland, Australia-based natural gas distribution network serving approximately 120,000 residential and commercial customers across Brisbane (south of the Brisbane River), the Gold Coast, Toowoomba, and extending into northern New South Wales. Historically owned by APA Group and Marubeni Corporation, Allgas was agreed to be acquired by Stonepeak in late 2025. The network is regulated under the National Energy Customer Framework and is a critical energy infrastructure provider in southeast Queensland.
