Adjuvant Global Health Technology Fund is a venture capital fund managed by Adjuvant Capital that finances the most promising life science technologies targeting high-burden public health challenges in historically underserved markets. The fund focuses on infectious diseases (HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, neglected tropical diseases, pandemic threats, and antimicrobial resistance), as well as maternal and child health, nutrition, and reproductive health. It makes preferred equity investments of $10–$25 million in technologies that have demonstrated safety and efficacy in humans, with the goal of accelerating global availability of impactful medical innovations and generating 'double-bottom-line' financial and social returns.
