Acbiode

AC Biode is a cleantech chemical technology company headquartered in Luxembourg and Japan (Kyoto), founded in 2019 by Tadashi Kubo, with operations also in the UK. The company develops a portfolio of sustainable chemical technologies including AC battery systems (material-agnostic AC battery and circuit technology for mobility and energy storage), catalysts for plastic chemical recycling (Plastalyst for depolymerization, Pyrolyst for catalytic pyrolysis), carbon capture glass (Reco Glass), PFAS-free fluorine-free materials, and bio-based super absorbent polymers (AC BioSAP). AC Biode has won 15 startup competitions worldwide and participates in global clean energy events including the World Hydrogen Summit.
