ABABA is a Japanese new-graduate direct recruiting service that treats the job-search process itself as evidence of a candidate’s potential. When students receive a rejection after reaching a company’s final interview, the platform lets other employers scout those candidates instead of discarding the effort that got them there. The service was created to support students who felt written off by last-round outcomes and to help companies hire people already proven in late-stage selection.
