A51 is a Paris-based deep tech biotech startup developing ADA, an RNA programming engine that uses programmable non-coding RNA molecules to modulate gene expression networks and correct pathological cellular states. The company targets complex diseases — including inflammation, auto-immunity, and neurodegeneration — by reprogramming entire cellular networks rather than single targets, using a high-throughput microfluidics platform coupled with AI to generate biological data at scale. Incubated at ESPCI Paris (PC'UP) and selected as a Deep Tech Pioneer by Hello Tomorrow, A51 won the French national i-Lab 2025 innovation award in its founding year.
