The platform combines AI-powered personalization with a human-led consultation model to deliver video-first itineraries, price transparency, and 24/7 support from booking through to return. 30 Sundays operates with two core brand promises: 'Learn First, Book Second' — ensuring customers fully understand what they are purchasing before committing — and a '5-star customer experience', curating only the highest-quality hotels (rated 8+ on Booking.com) and experiences. Starting with four destinations (Bali, Vietnam, the Maldives, and Thailand), the company has scaled to over ₹200 crore in annualised GBV while maintaining CM3 positivity and a Google rating of 4.6. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Info Edge Ventures, and Eximius Ventures, 30 Sundays is expanding its AI capabilities, team, and destination portfolio into new markets including Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and the Philippines.
