Walton Street Capital is a Chicago-based private equity real estate investment firm founded in 1994, investing across the full risk/return spectrum of U.S. commercial real estate through separate Equity and Debt platforms. The Equity platform targets opportunistic and core-plus real estate strategies; the Debt platform originates value-add and core private real estate debt. Over three decades the firm has raised more than $17 billion in equity and loan commitments from global institutional investors and has acquired, financed, managed, and sold more than $60 billion in real estate investments and operating companies, with a team of roughly 100 professionals.
