Tuhua Ventures (the Tuhua Fund) is a 2016-vintage ~USD7-10M micro-VC fund based in Auckland, New Zealand investing in NZ seed/angel-stage software and TMT startups (portfolio includes Halter, Tradify, IMeasureU, Joyous, Dawn Aerospace). It is managed in partnership with The Icehouse and ICE Angels, and became one of the funds under the Icehouse Ventures umbrella after Icehouse Ventures was spun out of The Icehouse in 2019 — a distinct sub-fund, not simply another name for Icehouse Ventures itself.
