TPG Specialty Lending

TPG Specialty Lending, Inc. (NYSE: TSLX) is a Business Development Company (BDC) focused on lending to middle-market companies in the United States. It generates current income primarily through direct originations of senior secured loans, and to a lesser extent mezzanine and unsecured loans and investments in corporate bonds and equity securities. It was externally managed by TSL Advisers, LLC, leveraging TPG Special Situations Partners' credit platform. In 2020 it was renamed Sixth Street Specialty Lending following the spinout of Sixth Street Partners from TPG.
