The K Fund (also known as The K Funds) launched in 2014 in Los Angeles as a private investment ecosystem giving family offices, entrepreneurs, and other private investors thoughtful, diversified participation in private markets. Rather than a traditional single-strategy VC, the firm offers a range of investment vehicles — private-equity growth funds (currently investing out of The K Fund III, LP), special purpose vehicles, co-investments, and managed accounts (Atlas Equities) — targeting later-stage, high-growth companies with large addressable markets and defensible competitive positions.
