NYX Gaming Group
NYX Gaming Group Limited was a digital gaming software and platform company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Founded in 2006 by Staffan Lindgren and others, it developed online gaming platforms and content for casino, lottery, bingo, poker, and mobile gaming operators worldwide. NYX expanded through acquisitions including Sydney-based NextGen Gaming in 2011 and went public on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2014. Scientific Games Corporation acquired NYX for approximately US$631 million in January 2018, after which it was folded into SG Interactive to become SG Digital. NYX no longer operates independently.
