GE Capital is General Electric's financial services division, reconstituted after the 2015-2021 divestiture of most of its legacy financial-services assets. It now operates as a financing and investment arm aligned with GE's industrial businesses, spanning GE Capital Aviation Services (aircraft leasing and financing), Energy Financial Services (a global energy investor providing capital and underwriting for power and renewable energy projects), and GE Capital Industrial Finance (including Healthcare Equipment Finance and Working Capital Solutions).
