Claridge Ventures

Claridge Ventures is the venture investment arm of Claridge Venture Partners (CVP), a family-held conglomerate led by the Deitch family and based in Miami Beach, Florida. Founded in 2019, the firm invests from Pre-Seed through Series B with initial checks of roughly $500K-$1M+, generally without taking board seats. Its focus spans three themes: changing consumer buying patterns, fixing systemic problems in healthcare, and critical digital infrastructure (cybersecurity, digital payments, semiconductors). Leadership includes Managing Partner Matt Deitch and investment leads Richard Kugele, Rezwan Khan, and Tom Southworth.
