Zhuoyu Technology (卓驭科技), formerly known as DJI Automotive, is a Shenzhen-based Chinese autonomous driving technology company specializing in advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and full-stack self-developed core components for passenger and commercial vehicles. The company originated as DJI's internal automotive division in 2016, focused on smart driving R&D, before being formally spun off as an independent entity in 2023 and adopting the Zhuoyu brand in June 2024. Its core product is the Chengxing Platform (成行平台), an intelligent driving system covering highway, urban, and parking scenarios with a distinctive low-compute-power approach — achieving highway navigation pilot functions with only 32 TOPS and urban navigation pilot with 100 TOPS, compared to the industry standard of 254+ TOPS. Zhuoyu supplies its ADAS solutions to a wide range of automotive manufacturers including FAW Group, Volkswagen, SAIC, Chery, Dongfeng, GWM, BYD, Audi, and BAIC. In September 2025, FAW Group acquired a 35.8% stake, becoming the largest single shareholder, while DJI's affiliate New Territory retained 34.85%. The company has announced a European expansion strategy with a German subsidiary in Braunschweig established in late 2025.
