Zhejiang ZJeagles Comsemi Technology Co., Ltd. is a Chinese compound semiconductor company founded in 2018 and specializing in the design, R&D, and packaging of VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser) chips. The company's VCSEL technology serves multiple high-growth markets including data center optical communication, LiDAR for autonomous vehicles, intelligent cockpit driver-monitoring systems, 3D sensing for consumer electronics, and iToF depth-sensing applications. ZJeagles raised a record-breaking CNY 700 million (approx. US$98M) Series B+ in late 2025, the largest VCSEL funding round in China's semiconductor history.
