Zelish

Zelish was a kitchen management app targeting urban Indian households, helping users plan meals, create shopping lists, and coordinate home cooking without the daily hassle of deciding what to cook. Launched in April 2020, the app grew to over 120,000 organic users. Zelish unified the disjointed aspects of getting a home-cooked meal on the table — from personalized meal planning to grocery shopping — and aimed to reduce kitchen time by up to six hours per week. The company was founded by ex-MyGate employees and was acquired by Sanjeev Kapoor's culinary AI platform TinyChef in July 2021.
