Wildcat is a decentralised Ethereum protocol enabling undercollateralised borrowing and lending for institutional and DeFi participants. Borrowers can create customised credit markets with full control over loan terms including interest rates, lockup periods, withdrawal cycles, reserve ratios, and lender access lists. Lenders gain direct counterparty exposure to specific borrowers with fixed interest rates and optional transferable debt tokens. The protocol replaces manual OTC credit negotiations with transparent on-chain infrastructure while remaining non-custodial and non-interfering once markets are deployed.
