Wamda

Wamda is an entrepreneurship acceleration platform focused on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region that operates through two core vehicles: Wamda Capital, a sector-agnostic multi-stage venture capital fund investing in high-growth technology and tech-enabled startups across MENA, Turkey, and Sub-Saharan Africa; and a knowledge platform delivering thought leadership, research, community development, and advisory services to founders, corporates, and government stakeholders. Founded in 2010 by Fadi Ghandour and headquartered in Dubai, UAE, Wamda also runs Wamda X, a grant-based fellowship programme that helps founders safely navigate the path to entrepreneurship.
