Veretek, operating as Vere Technology LLC, was an oil and gas equipment company founded in 2014 and headquartered in Stafford, Texas, with additional locations in Midland, TX, and Minot, ND. Previously known as Elite Multiphase Solutions, the company established a niche in artificial lift and sand management for upstream Exploration & Production operators. Its flagship product, the V-Pump, was a patented contra-helical screw pump engineered to handle significantly higher volumes of sand, gas, and heavy viscosity oil compared to conventional electric submersible pumps. The V-Pump shared the same external dimensions as standard ESPs, allowing it to integrate with any service company's existing motor, seal, and sensor configurations. The company was acquired by Extract Companies on January 3, 2022.
